Controller and data collected
System Porthub, at Level 11, 18 Makati Avenue, Makati 1210, is the personal information controller. We collect information you provide, such as name, email, telephone number, session choice, experience range, message, booking records, and submitted chart screenshots. Technical logs may include IP address, browser, requested page, and timestamp.
Purpose and lawful handling
We use data to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver training, process cancellations, keep transaction records, secure the site, and comply with Philippine law. We do not sell personal data or use chart submissions to profile your finances. Booking administration may rely on contractual necessity; records and security rely on legitimate business and legal obligations; optional analytics rely on consent.
Sharing and international transfers
Necessary information may be processed by hosting, email, file-storage, and payment providers under confidentiality and data-processing terms. Some providers may store data outside the Philippines. Where an international transfer occurs, we use contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and require providers to protect the information.
Retention and security
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking, invoice, and tax records are retained for up to ten years where law requires. Submitted charts and facilitator notes are removed within 90 days after follow-up unless you request earlier deletion or continued coaching requires them. We use access controls, limited staff access, encryption where available, and provider review; no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, object to processing, erase or block data, receive portable data, withdraw consent, or complain to the National Privacy Commission. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior processing. Email contact@system-porthub.world with “Privacy request” and enough information to verify the request. We normally respond within 30 days.
