Calibrate without forcing identical charts
When a study group uses the words level, zone, test, and break differently, discussion becomes noisy. This half-day intensive gives the group a common annotation key and a way to compare decisions without erasing valid differences in timeframe or trading horizon.
The group completes a blind marking exercise, reviews disagreements, and drafts a one-page convention for future chart discussions. Pricing depends on group size, venue, and whether examples must be prepared for a specialist market.
The intensive does not assess employee performance, recommend positions, or establish a house trading strategy.
