Acceptance and scope
By using this website or booking a session, you accept these terms. System Porthub provides education on chart reading and technical analysis. Nothing on the site or in a session is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; no content is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an instrument. Markets involve substantial risk, and you remain responsible for every trading decision.
Registration and conduct
You must provide accurate booking information and be legally able to enter this agreement. A place is confirmed only after written confirmation and any required payment. Participants must not record a session without consent, disrupt the class, solicit other attendees, or share another person’s charts or account details.
Intellectual property
System Porthub owns its workbooks, diagrams, lesson structure, copy, and original training materials. A paid participant receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use supplied materials for private study. Reproduction, resale, public posting, or use in another paid course requires written permission. Your pre-existing chart screenshots remain yours; you grant us permission to review them solely for delivering the requested session.
Availability and changes
We may replace an example, move an online session, or change a facilitator where reasonably necessary. If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the applicable payment is refunded. Participant cancellations follow the refund policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, System Porthub is not liable for trading losses, lost profit, brokerage interruption, third-party chart data, or decisions based on educational content. We do not warrant that any method is complete, error-free, or profitable. Liability for a direct claim connected with a paid session is limited to the amount paid for that session, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Makati City. Questions may be sent to contact@system-porthub.world.
